A quick tour of the track. It uses one banked turns of the oval track.
First we start at the last corner, a chicane. It is at the end of the banking and leads onto the main straight.

Next is a view of the straight and the pit lane. Wide enough for several current F1 cars:-)

The track the goes behind the other banked corners (sorry no photos), and then there is the back straight.

Before rejoining the banking there is this little complex. It started to rain so these motorbikes were not being brave

On the main banking there are 2 chicanes to slow cars down. The lines on the track mark the natural speed of the track no steering required. The lowest is 90 kmh and the top line is 180 kmh. If you're mad you can go faster but you will have to steer down the banking.

And that's a lap of the Montlhèry track.

Next have a look the cars; first the Amilcar a tandem.
